Immigration Solicitor
Full Time: Salary Dependent on experience (range from £39,295)
We are a long-established London-based law firm focusing on protecting and advancing
human rights. We are recruiting for an immigration solicitor.
We are an experienced department practising in a wide range of immigration
matters. We deal with cases from the initial application through to appeals and judicial
reviews against negative decisions. We act in standard immigration and nationality
matters, as well as complex and precedent setting litigation before the statutory
tribunals including the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC), the higher
courts, and in the European Court of Human Rights.
We are committed to providing high quality representation and advice.
The successful applicant will have recent professional experience of providing
immigration casework in a legal or advice setting, and a commitment to maintaining a
significant caseload of SIAC and other complex and demanding national security
matters, alongside a broader immigration, nationality, and public law caseload.
Qualifications and experience:
23 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)

Immigration and Asylum accreditation Senior Caseworker, ideally with the
additional supervisor qualification, otherwise a willingness to obtain this
qualification within the first 6 months of employment.
